Wherever the law permits it, we're not on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data connected to how you use the service.
Everything here is offered as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or fitness for any specific purpose.
Access can be suspended or closed if these Terms get broken, your account ties into fraud or illegal activity, it becomes a security concern, or law requires it. Closing your own account takes just a few clicks in settings, whenever you're ready.
Claims or losses tied to your use of the service, or a breach of these Terms, fall on you to cover, legal fees included.
Swiss law governs this agreement, and Swiss courts handle any disputes that arise from it.
